Your Rights To Cancel & Applicable Refund
OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
You are required to read & sign the terms and conditions agreement on which We provide the EZY Plan Advanced Course to you.
Please ensure that you read the Terms carefully, and check that the details of the Registration are complete and accurate, before you submit the Registration. If you think that there is a mistake, please contact Us to discuss.
When you submit the Registration, it means that you agreed to start the Course by EZY payment scheme.
If any of these Terms conflict with any term of the Registration, the Registration will take priority.
PRICE AND EZY PAYMENT
The price of the Course will be set out in your Registration. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect a Registration that We have confirmed with you.
These prices include VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Registration and the date of delivery or performance, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Course in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
If you choose to pay by EZY Payment instalments then the instalments are due in cleared funds on or before the dates set out in the Registration and/or invoice.
If you do not make any payment due to Us by the due date for EZY Payment, We may charge interest to you on the overdue amount at the rate of 5% a month from time to time. This interest shall accrue on a daily basis from the due date until the date of actual payment of the overdue amount, whether before or after judgment. You must pay Us interest together with any overdue amount.
Once we have accepted your order for the course as set out in clause (2.4) then all payments are due in accordance with the EZY Payment schedule regardless of whether you attend all or any part of the course.
If you pay for the Course in instalments and miss any payment then the whole of the outstanding Course fee will become due and payable within 7 days of failure to pay an instalment with charged interest.
YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL AND APPLICABLE REFUND
You may not cancel an EZY Payment once the Course or the first instalment payment has started nor within 6 months (300 calendar days) of the Course start date as we will be unable to fill your place. You do however, have the following rights to cancel a Course Registration, including where you choose to cancel because We are affected by an Event Outside Our Control or if We change these Terms under clause 3.2 to your material disadvantage:
(a) you may cancel course Registration at any time if you contact Us within 5 calendar days of the Registration date (which is the date we confirm that we accept your booking as set out in clause 2.4 above). We will confirm your cancellation writing to you.
(b) If you cancel a Registration under clause 9.1(a) and you have made any payment in advance we will refund to you the amount after deducting a cancellation fee of 3%.
(c) However, if you cancel a Registration under clause 9.1(a) and we have already started work on your Registration by that time, you will pay Us any costs We reasonably incurred in starting to fulfil the Registration, and this charge will be deducted from any refund that is due to you or, if no refund is due to you, invoiced to you. We will tell you what these costs are when you contact Us. However, where you have cancelled a Registration because of Our failure to comply with these Terms (except where we have been affected by an Event Outside Our Control), you do not have to make any payment to Us.
To cancel a Registration, you can complete the cancellation form which will can be attained from our office. We will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

If you send us your cancellation notice by e-mail or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us. For example, you will have given us notice in time as long as you get your letter into the last post on the last day of the cancellation period or e-mail us before midnight on that day.
Once We have begun to provide the Course to you, you may terminate the contract for Course with immediate effect by giving Us written notice if:
(a) We break this contract in any material way and We do not correct or fix the situation within 10 working days of you asking Us to in writing;
(b) We go into liquidation or a receiver or an administrator is appointed over Our assets;
(c) We change these Terms under clause 3.1 to your material disadvantage;
(d) We are affected by an Event Outside Our Control.
